David Creelman is CEO of Creelman Research and is a globally recognized thinker on talent management. His most recent efforts have been to help organizations get on-track with evidence-based management and people analytics, work that led to him being made a Fellow for the Centre of Evidence-based Management for his contributions to the field. He is also a long-term contributor to two think tanks: The Tokyo-based Works Institute and the Boston-based Workforce Institute.
David Creelman co-authored "The CMO of People: Manage Employees Like Customers with an Immersive Predictable Experience that Drives Productivity and Performance" with GrandRounds CHRO Peter Navin.
He also co-authored "Lead the Work: Navigating a world beyond employment" with USC professor John Boudreau and Ravin Jesuthasan, managing director at Willis Towers Watson.
