2 Days of Team Chartering 

Four sessions are being offered, which take place over the course of 2 days.

The key intentions of each of these sessions are as follows:

Myers Briggs Type Indicator → To build appreciation of team member diversity.
Roles & Responsibilities → To identify, clarify and communicate roles and responsibilities among team members.
Teamwork Fitness Survey → To identify strengths and opportunity areas of team wellness.
Team Mandate & Operating Principles → To identify and achieve team buy-in for overall team conduct.

These sessions can be conducted entirely online, or in person depending on desired location.

Myers Briggs Type Indicator

Builds appreciation of diversity and creates awareness of communication styles, decision making approaches and general work patterns.

Able to identify conflict resolution approaches, allocation of resources (through identifying various preferences strengths).

Supported by Team Development / Building exercises.

NOTE: This is a Kumbaya-Free Zone.

Identify individual Roles & Responsibilities and communicate to teammates.

Results: identifies work-load volume issues, clarifies ownership of responsibilities; highlights duplication / redundancy.

Teamwork Fitness Survey

Team participates in survey of 6 high-performing team principles, TMs complete and submit to a summary results that leader receives online and that identifies team strengths and opportunity areas.

Team establishes a Team Mandate Statement that defines the overall purpose / intent of Team’s existence.

Team establishes ground rules, operating principles that guide them in team conduct and their working relationships within the team.
