The sessions are designed to be interactive with questions posed and engaging participants in discussions.  In addition, scenarios are provided giving opportunity to apply and practice the skills.

The SpriggHR platform is a great way to apply and reinforce the key skills training principles in this leadership series. This is also a great leadership training series even if you do not use the SpriggHR platform.

  2. Establish context and usage of Giving Feedback & Coaching Skills to PM platform.
  3. Conduct Sprigg platform introduction / overview.

The SpriggHR application assists the User in developing goals in the SMART format however, a more focused approach to developing SMART Goals for leaders to ultimately coach their direct reports may also be helpful.

This module may be tailored specifically to Leaders or Employees upon request.
