Jilaine is the Founder and President of SpriggHR Inc. holding a seat on our Board and is actively involved in our Business Development and Marketing areas. As a senior HR Professional with over 25 years of direct Human Resources and Organization Development experience, Jilaine has held senior leadership roles across a number of high profile organizations including: LavaLife, Canadian Tire, Bombardier and Cineplex. For the past 10 years, Jilaine and her team have been intensely passionate about delivering a Performance Management experience to clients that is clear, simple and cost effective while reflecting current trends and industry needs.
Tony is the General Manager of SpriggHR, overseeing operations, technology interface and the client experience. Prior to joining SpriggHR, Tony had 25 years of consulting experience, providing strategic and implementation guidance for a wide variety of industries and sectors with clients from Apple to Xerox. He worked with senior leaders and HR to understand challenges, develop and lead initiatives in structure, compensation, performance management, training, change, process and organizational effectiveness. Prior to consulting, Tony had worked with national and global organizations in HR or operations roles. He chairs a CHRO Forum and teaches compensation at a local university.
As SpriggHR's earliest investor, Bruce Croxon serves as a Board member and provides the team with valuable input on areas of technology focus and priority. Bruce is also a successful Canadian entrepreneur, television personality, and venture capitalist who is currently a partner at Round13 Capital and co-host of a TV show, The Disruptors. Bruce also co-founded the popular online dating application Lavalife and joined the cast of CBC's Dragons' Den from 2011-2013.
