Over the past 10 years working as a developer, Jon has refined his passion for technology and how we can use it to help simplify process and make our lives easier. He brings this passion to his work every day to inspire the SpriggHR IT team to continue building Sprigg into a powerful but straight forward and easy to use performance management suite that makes everyone's lives easier.
Roslyn Varricchio
Manager, Client Experience & Training
Roslyn has worked in the software industry for the past 7 years specializing in Client Support and Quality Assurance. She has a diverse background in Customer Service roles and holds her CTFL-AT certification in software testing. Roslyn has recently joined SpriggHR as a Client Support Specialist in October 2019.
Jen Bright
Finance
Jen has worked in various areas of finance for over 20 years, 7 of which have been with SpriggHR. Areas include basic Accounting & Bookkeeping, Budgets, Projections and Cash Flows, Payroll, Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables.
Zach Parkes
Technical & Marketing Support Analyst
Zach contributes to both the IT and Marketing departments of SpriggHR. Having lived and worked in a variety of different countries, Zach brings a culturally diverse perspective to the table in an attempt to provide the best possible services to companies of any size and structure.
Petre Morar
Support Specialist
Petre is an experienced professional with a strong background in software development, software quality assurance, customer service, and documentation writing; BSc in Physics, MSc in Database&Networks, Cert. OOProgramming. Petre has a lifelong passion for computers, programming, science in general, without excluding philosophy, spirituality, history, and the future of human kind.
Gita Gupta
Client Support Specialist
In addition to a Computer Science/Mathematics BSc.discipline, 8 plus years of experience in software development is brought to the table. Working with large corporations Rogers, Shaw, Cenovus and recently smaller companies in capacity of database/ETL/Report developer has also provided skills involving Instructor of tools, Customer Service related issues, inclusive of Troubleshooting on both Production Support and Development teams.
Joel Straatman
Ruby on Rails Developer
Joel is a horse breeder turned McMaster software engineering graduate living in Lucan, Ontario. He is also an endurance athlete training to compete in the Ontario duathlon circuit, and enjoys video games, craft beer, and hockey.
Dave Otter
Business Analyst
David is semi-retired and is applying his 35 years of business experience with SpriggHR on a part time basis for operations planning and reporting support.
Carley Otter
Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Carley is a third year Creative Industries student at Ryerson University who has been working at SpriggHR for over a year. She enjoys being organized, working with people, and eating Pad Thai.
Willem Cowan
Training & Media Designer
Willem recently graduated from the Audio Post Production program at Fanshawe College. He specializes in production, post production, and recording, and is passionate about music. Willem is happy to be producing high quality instructional videos to enhance your Sprigg experience.
