Sprigg Talent Management Solutions leading HRPA dinner series with Bruce Croxon

In partnership with the HRPA Toronto Chapter, SpriggHR is excited to present a rare opportunity to hear from CBC Dragon Bruce Croxon!  Bruce, an active Director at Sprigg, will be joined by Jilaine Parkes, President of Sprigg, and Steve Mendelssohn, Labour Lawyer with Watershed LLP.

In early 2009, Jilaine partnered with Bruce and launched an online talent management software suite featuring the easy-to-use performance management module known as Sprigg.  With licensed users in the thousands across North America and the UK the platform is increasingly popular with HR departments, managers and employees.

Join around 150 HR professionals for a moderated panel discussion with Bruce, Jilaine, and Steve as we explore the evolution of performance reviews, where they can fail, and tips and guidelines for a successful process.  Steve will shed light on what’s defensible from the legal perspective and offer his thoughts on abandoning traditional review process in favour of more collaborative processes that actually gets real, measurable results!
