Set Goals

The benefits of clearly established goals make this one of the most important aspects of the employee review process. Using the Sprigg Goal Review template, employees, supervisors, and managers can create concise goals that are clearly linked to specific company objectives. By giving each goal a weighted percentage, priorities can more easily be recognized and met. Each goal can also be affiliated with particular competencies. Supervisors and managers can select individual employees to assign new goals to, using helpful SMART Goal Guidelines, and the Sprigg Sample Goals feature.

Create Development Plans

Customized employee development plans are efficiently created using Sprigg’s Suggestions for Development option. These include suggestions such as accessing internal or external development resources or implementing mentor relationships. Plans can be further individualized by designating timeframes for implementation and completion.

Capture Feedback

Employees and their corresponding supervisors and managers will be able to fill in templates for probationary, mid-year, and year-end assessments. Each type of review contains a goal review section and a space to write individualized comments. Sprigg’s Comment Bank feature is a useful tool that allows appropriate feedback suggestions to be selected and added to reviews.
